Lady C: The Wings Screamed

Okay, I have a few things to say before I get into this fully with this 10th blog. It won't be a long blog, which is what I usually say. I was initially going to save this blog until after the Cinderella Tournament concluded, but much like my Lady C, My Beloved article: "Fuck It" and let's do it anyway. So if you are wondering why if this is a bit... outdated in a sense, this is the reason. And the other stuff I had planned required me to watch a lot of matches (plus the recent episode of ROH TV on WatchROH.com) and I haven't done that yet, so it's going to be a long time crunch, literally. Plus, I was dead as hell yesterday, so maybe I should get this out as soon as possible. And I have been about doing a more positive one, but there is nothing to be positive about at the time of writing so let's just get into it.

Lady C's 2026 so far
The first time that I ever spoke about the Human Tower was in my article for SickosClub called, Lady C, My Beloved. Much like DTC series, you don't have to read this one in order to continue with this one, but I would appreciate it if you want to read it. I know, it's crazy title, but it was a funny dive into who this woman is, her journey into the world of professional wrestling after being a former Economics teacher. It is fascinating as to how I grew to like her as a wrestler. However, 2026 has been a disappointing start for the Human Tower and it is time to explain why.

Lady C has competed in a total of 18 matches with a win-loss record of 5 wins and 13 losses. You might be thinking, what is the big deal about this? Yeah and that is a valid question or how any statement you make for that fact. The most recent thing that has seemed to be the theme of the many losses she has had is the amount of times where she seems to have taken the fall for her team. From what I could gather, she has been pinned 5 times in approximately the last 15 days between Feb 12 - Feb 28. And three of those fives pinfall loses happened three times in a row. Which does bring her percentage of (and I'm actually doing Mathematics) pin taker to 38,46% or in a more simplified version, 39% out 100% of the 13 losses in her current 2026 win-loss record. That means that she closer to 50% if she keeps taking the pins. I could be wrong and find more than what I found.

The crazy part about this is that the recent streak of losses and unfortunate circumstances that are outside of anyone's control could have been less unfortunate. Let me take you back to one of my six woman tag team matches in my all time list. It was Wonder Of Stardom Champion Konami, Rina and Fukigen Death defending the Artist Of Stardom Championships against Hina, Lady C and Tomoka Inaba. Excellent match by the way. I was really invested in this match and I forgotten one thing that a kind fan reminded me of. They could have switched the titles here. The reason is since H.A.T.E. dominated the year of 2025 and got the World (Saya Kamitani), Wonder (Konami), Goddesses (Tora & Ruaka) and the Artist (Konami, Rina & Death) Of Stardom titles with the exception of the IWGP Women's (Syuri), High Speed (Yuna Mizumori) and Future (HANAKO). Much like all dominating bad guy teams, they have downfall that is slow as the heroes start from the ground up to wipe them out. I wish they did switch the titles, but it is what it is at this point.

Post: On my X/Twitter account, I made a post after she took the pin the 8 woman tag team match against Neo Genesis. It reads:

"Lady C really is someone who could be more valuable as some more important depth than others. Some kind of change to her motives or adding more to her. I described her as Garnet once as I think she can be more of a compelling big woman" - Zero (Feb 22)

Maybe I am just fan who doesn't know what he is saying, or I am getting way too invested in a woman who will probably be like BUSHI when he was in New Japan Pro-Wrestling if this goes on. But goddamn it, if I'm willing to hold on to the fact that Billie Starkz can still be the one to dethrone Athena for the ROH Women's World Championship, then I am going to do the same thing here for Miss C. Maybe I shouldn't call her that. And it is something that can be a blessing or a curse at the same time. Especially with who runs the show, so that is it from me. I hope you have a great day and I hope someone reads this who want to support or still keeping cheering this tower of a woman.

Well everyone... BYE C!!!!!

Kind Regards,
ZERO (or Archer)
