ZERO x Uncle: When Exorcism Exudes, The Terror Angel's Smile is Born

"She gives me the same vibes as Linda Blair in The Exorcist."

This quote described Linda Blair from The Exorcist. I have debated on the use of the picture, but I wanted to give a visual showcase of the smile of terror emanating from the monster that we can see with our eyes and shiver in fright. Or... I may be bluffing since I have never watched The Exorcist.

In the world of wrestling, there is one person that has done terror in different levels. Monstrum, quod alio homine dilecto utitur tamquam victima sui commodi causa oblata, orbem suum multis stratis praeditum tuetur. Haec strata et angelum risuum et daemonem — quem ne dilectus quidem ille penitus expellere potuit — in se occultant.

And that monster in particular is... a Waka. Yes! A WAKA! WAKA! WAKA! WAKAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!... Waka Tsukiyama of STARS... The Terror Angel... of Smiles.

Well that was quite the introduction to the Field Journey Blog wasn't it? Waka Tsukiyama. She is a wrestler that is currently in the STARS faction in STARDOM. The American-Japanese wrestler has been in the industry for 7 years. Starting out as a freelancer in different promotions including Actwres girl'Z and ChocoPro Ep 114 until joining STARDOM in September of 2021.

She joined multiple factions until now as she is part of STARS with Hanan, Saya Iida, Momo Kohgo, Yuria Hime, Matoi Hamabe, Maika, Utami Hayashishita, and HANAKO. This blog was a way to bring in our favourite Uncle. And the main reason for this blog, because it involves one Lady C. I know, I talk about this woman more than I have friends. But there is a reason.

Waka Tsukiyama and Lady C would be a team known as C-Moon. They teamed up in that year's Goddesses Of Stardom Tag League to no results that is a success. The reason why I am even mentioning this is... Uncle doesn't like Waka Tsukiyama at all. The reason? Well, I asked one time and he gave his answer:

Uncle's Answer:

This'll be a long answer, but:

• Waka beat Lady C in the 2023 Cinderella Tournament.
• Waka beat Lady C in their 5Star match in 2025
• When Tam was threatening to kick Waka out of Cosmic Angels if she didn't stop losing, guess who she beat?

All of these were embrassing losses, the 5Star match most of all. Waka is like a hurdle Lady can't clear, a demon she can't exorcise, an albatross around her neck. For me, she symbolizes Lady's lack of success in breaking into the ranks of Stardom's true contenders.

Of course, Waka isn't booking the company--that's Okada, who is also on my Shit List--but the fact remains that Lady C has been repeatedly thrown under the bus for Waka's benefit. Sure, she loses matches all the time, but the losses to Waka are the most galling.

And yes, Lady does lose with depressing regularity, losing to someone like Saya or Utami is not as damning as losing to Waka.

This is probably not entirely fair of me, but I cannot help but think of Waka as the embodiment of Lady C's lack of success.

This is quite the reasoning, but genuinely so impressed every time I saw it. Every time I look online on the internet, there are people who don't like certain wrestlers for certain reasons. They are also people who don't give reasons and hate for the love of the game.

But I have never seen such a detailed reason in a long time, so the fact that I got this answer is crazy. And... that is all for today. Remember, please be nice to Uncle and criticize me. I hope you all have a good day and I'll C you all next time. Vale!

Kind Regards,

ZERO (or Archer)
